Financial Planning


Financial Planning includes establishing sources of funding that assure adequate financial support for each targeted objective in the business plan. We have developed relationships with banks and other sources of funding needed by our clients to cover the funds required to assist them in achieving their objectives. We have developed a process to project cash flow needs forecasted in the Strategic Plan of the Company.

Organization


We assist our client’s in developing and implementing an Organization Chart that includes a clear path of Authority and Responsibility at each level and a clear “Chain of Command”. Job Descriptions make it clear what is expected from each level of Management.

Management


We assist owners and top level leadership of companies/organizations in understanding and implementing operational programs that will communicate the goals and objectives of the company and allow efficient performance to achieve them down through the organization.

Restructuring


The art of reviewing the Physical and Financial structure of the Company, it’s management and it’s affiliations (Including Suppliers and Financial Sources) and selecting and placing in force new procedures and policies as needed to make the Company successful.

Valuations


This process includes a review of the Company assets and the sales and profit history as well as it’s planned outlook to establish the Financial Value of the Company to owners, shareholders and/or potential buyers or Investors.

Investors


We seek out and communicate with individuals and/or other companies who may have an interest in investing in the business or in making an outright purchase of the Company. Associates of Dallas has a network of sources.

Banking Relations


Meet with and cultivate Banks and other sources of Finances who may have an interest in investing in or providing Lines of Credit to the Company. Associates of Dallas has developed relationships with these Sources of Funding and can expedite the availability of funds.

Mergers and Acquisitions


Associates of Dallas has relationships with and can bring to the table Local, Statewide and National Sources who can assist in the process of Finding Buyers and Sellers of Companies that could become partners with or buyers of businesses owned by our Clients.

Executive Coaching

We have more than 40 years of experience in owning, operating and managing businesses.
